The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the official schedule of the Cricket World Cup.
The event will begin on October 5 while the final will be played on November 19. The first match will be between defending champions England and New Zealand in Ahmedabad, India.
Pakistan will play the first match on October 6 against Qualifier One in Hyderabad.
On October 15, Pakistan will face India in Ahmedabad.
ICC Men's ODI Cricket World Cup will be played at ten venues.

Statement of Pakistan Cricket Board regarding ICC Cricket World Cup:
On the other hand, PCB has issued a statement regarding the ICC Cricket World Cup, in which the board says that PCB needs clearance from the government of Pakistan regarding the tour of India and match venues.PCB says that whatever direction we get from the government, we will inform the event authority ICC, the ICC was informed at the time of the draft being sent for feedback.
